Cleaning Price List
Basic Clean - General Housework - £14.50 an hour (min 2 hours)
Hoovering, polishing, wiping all skirting and door frames, cleaning toilets, baths and basins. Kitchen work tops and mop all floors. window cleaning inside is charged extra (all windows £23.50)
Sparkle Clean - £18.50 an hour (min 3 hours)
Hoovering (inc. all edges), polishing, wiping all skirtings, door/window frames etc., cleaning toilets, baths and basins (inc. any surrounding tiles). Kitchen cupboards, doors, work tops, cooker hobs.
Window cleaning inside is charged extra (all windows £23.50)
Spring Clean - £22.50 an hour (min 4 hours)
Spring Clean / Builders Clean
Hoovering (inc. all edges), wiping all skirtings, door/window frames etc., cleaning toilets, baths and basins (inc. any surrounding tiles). Kitchen cupboards inside/out, kick boards, work tops and cooker hobs. All hard floors mopped.
Window cleaning (leaded windows are charged extra).
All minimum hours are based on small properties, therefore the minimum hours will not apply to 3 bedrooms or above. An appointment is advised to discuss hours and preferences.
Job sheets will be provided to make sure all tasks are completed before we leave!
Cleaning equipment can be supplied.
Fully insured and all our staff are police checked.
We also clean ovens, please call for further details.
